Man-ilates from the Mat to the Mattress

Pilates is not just for women! It addresses issues that most men have: tightness in the hamstrings and low back, poor deep core strength, and poor posture. Most men, even those who exercise, lack range of motion which could be why many experience back pain. So come to Pilates boys! It's also a great place to meet fit women!
(Maybe this is also just my plea to see more yummy specimen like above in my classes!)
